The GC Bibs are our best bibs yet. Made with water repellant Eclipse fabric and treated with ColdBlack for the ultimate protection from summer heat. If you're not familiar with coldblack technology, imagine a black garment that does not get hot when left in direct sunlight. That's what coldblack does, and it does it well.
Cool, Comfortable, and Dry on long rides
The GC bibs are a triple threat to the hazards of long summer bike rides. Thunderbike Coldblack fabric on the top panels means they wont heat up when exposed to sunlight. Eclipse Water Repellant fabric on the sides and bottoms means sweat drops and rain bead right off while staying breathable. And a Carbonium Chamois with a perforated base layer ensures excess moisture is wicked away.
Say NO to Crack
Visible butt cracks, that is! We searched the entire planet for for the right fabric for these bibs (no really, we did). And we came home with a textile called Thunderbike from an Italian company called Sitip. Thunderbike is a 44 gauge fabric which means it holds it's form form better, reduces chaffing and most importantly, spares the rider behind you from seeing the fine details of your backside.
We didn't skimp on the chamois. If we were going to release a set of bibs featuring some of the best textiles on the market, using the best chamois we could get our hands on was the only logical option. Microfiber Carbonium fabric means this chamois will feel amazing against your skin. Four varying densities up to 14mm thick ensure comfort on your 5 hour bike rides without cutting off any blood flow. And best of all, a perforated base layer means this chamois will not turn into a sponge when exposed to moisture.
Still not convinced? Find out why at $209.99 these bibs still rival the more expensive competitors here.
