How to Order Custom Team Kit (Without the Headache)
Ordering custom kit for a club or team has a reputation for being slow and stressful: chasing sizes, collecting money, waiting on proofs. It doesn't have to be. Here's how to do it step by step, and the free tools we built to make it easier.
1. Plan your order
Start with three questions: how many riders, which pieces, and when you need them. Most clubs start with a jersey and bib shorts for each rider, and add vests or skinsuits later.
Our team kit order planner lets you enter your riders, pieces and size split, and works out the date you need to approve artwork by. When you're happy, send it straight to us for a free quote. No payment is taken.
2. Design it
You don't need a designer. Open the Kit Designer, choose a template, color every panel, add your club logo and sponsor names, and see it in 3D. Send the design to our team with one click. Prefer to talk it through? Our designers can work from a sketch or a description.
3. Get the timing right
Every Corbah kit is made to order. Allow about 8 weeks from approved artwork to delivery. Racing season starts in spring? Approve your design in winter. The team planner shows you the date automatically.
4. Sort sizing early
Sizing causes most of the stress in team orders, so do it before you order. Our kit has a pro cut, close to the body; riders between sizes, or who like a looser fit, should size up. And if a size is wrong, we can make the same item in another size at about 20–60% off within 15 days of purchase.
5. Make it a tradition
The best club kit gets reordered every season as new members join. Plan a reorder window each year so new riders can match the rest of the club.
