Designing Wormhole: A Wireframe Tunnel on Every Panel
Space bends. The ride continues.
Wormhole is the newest jersey in Corbah World Lines. It started with a simple image: a curved cyan grid falling into a deep tunnel on near-black navy. The question was how to turn that into something you can actually wear and ride in.
Pure geometry
There are no stars, galaxies or glow effects on this jersey. Everything you see is lines of longitude and latitude, bent toward a vanishing point. As the grid falls into each tunnel, the colour shifts from electric cyan to deep cobalt, which is what gives the print its sense of depth. The palette is just four colours: midnight navy for the ground, electric cyan and deep cobalt for the lines, and an ice-blue CORBAH wordmark.

Every panel, its own tunnel
Most all-over prints try to line up perfectly across seams. Wormhole does the opposite. Each sewn panel gets its own wireframe field:
- Front: a big off-centre funnel drops toward the lower right, with a gentler warp across the other side.
- Back: a separate, broader tunnel spirals out between the shoulders.
- Sleeves: each arm has its own smaller, tighter swirl.
- Pockets: three small tunnels, one on each rear pocket.
- Sides, collar and cuffs: simpler, coarser grids sized for narrow panels.
At every seam, and at the zipper, the grid stops and restarts at a new angle and scale. It's deliberate. Instead of one image stretched around a body, the jersey reads as a set of viewpoints into the same warped space, and nothing depends on two panels matching up perfectly when they're sewn.

Built as vector artwork
The pattern is generated as clean vector artwork from a set of rules: 28 rings, 32 spokes, and a separate focus point, drift and twist for each panel. Smaller panels get fewer, bolder lines so the grid stays crisp at print size instead of turning into a blur.
